Exercise Stress Away . . .

The study’s participants who ranged from 26 to 58 years old were split into two groups: those who exercised and those who did not change their levels of physical activity. Both groups were monitored in regard to changes in cardiorespiratory fitness and cortisol along with brain imaging and other advanced techniques that measure emotion and stress. A significant reduction of long-term cortisol levels was a key finding only in the group that exercised during the year-long clinical trial.

Physical activity including a reasonable run or a moderate walk in the park has been shown to take your mind off of troubling things, making you feel better. A new study digs deeper into why exercise has this effect on people, and it has to do with reduction of the stress hormone: cortisol. Stress is a killer, and it turns out that 150 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous aerobic activity every week is like a switch that turns off stress by reducing long-term cortisol levels.

Given that high levels of cortisol are linked to physical and mental health issues, the cortisol-lowering effects of regular exercise can be physically and mentally protective. Good for the heart, body and mind.

Keep in mind that the results of this exercise study published in 2026 are knowable due to the incredible advancements that have been made in measuring and analyzing the human body, especially in regard to cells. Forty-three years ago, The AIM Healthy Cell Concept™ was introduced, long before present-day technology at the cellular level.

One of the five avenues for creating and maintaining healthy cells has always been exercise, so AIM was back to the future in retrospect. Providing nutrition that supports regular exercise at the cellular level with products that include Peak Endurance, ProPeas and RediBeets aims at making the most of physical exertion with the help of the trio of products in the Sports Pack. Exercising the stress away in today’s world is a must.
