AIM Member Nola Nolte has a healthy life motto: exercise to enjoy a better quality of life and no matter what your health and fitness goals are, proper nutrition is essential.
Nola, who lives on the mid-north New South Wales coast, competed in the Pan Pacific Masters Games on the Gold Coast last November and came home with three medals. The events she participated in were the beach mile, 5k road race, 4k cross country and 10.1k trail run.
Nola has been a Member since 2017 and firmly believes that the AIM products contributed to her athletic success. In the lead up to the Pan Pacific Games, she took plenty of ProPeas and Peak Endurance, and now enjoys CranVerry+, FloraFood and GinkgoSense as part of her daily maintenance regime.
