Fit is the New Thin: Cassey Shaw

I am a wife, mom, business owner and recovering food addict. I have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember.

In May 2018, I decided enough was enough. I focused on changing my mindset and nutrition. I counted calories and ate whole foods. I worked hard for those first two months to fight the mental battle that has always plagued me and in two months I lost 25 pounds!

At this point, I began running, and I purchased my first Garden Trio. I could have never imagined that I would fall in love with this drink so much. These products are not new to me because my in-laws, whom I’ve known for over 19 years, have been faithfully taking them. However, this is the first time I started taking AIM products.

By including my two children in my health and wellness journey, it has held me accountable. No matter what, I wanted them to grow up in a healthy home, making healthy choices, even if mommy was closet eating. Making our [Garden] Trio smoothies together has been a game changer for my kids and now my whole family enjoys smoothies multiple times a week.

Today I am down 55 pounds and use the Garden Trio regularly. When I feel bloated, need a quick meal on the go or a quick post-workout smoothie, I always reach for my power drink. As a homeschooling mama and business owner, this smoothie gives me the energy to keep up with life. Cassey’s Smoothie Ingredients:
1½ cups of water
1 tsp. RediBeets
1 tsp. Just Carrots
1 tbsp. BarleyLife
1 tbsp. Fit ’n Fiber
2 small handfuls of mixed frozen berries
2 handfuls spinach
