Energy Drinks: Hit or Miss?

The marketplace is full of products that are advertised as energy drinks. The majority contain sizeable amounts of added caffeine. If you drink something that contains what is regarded as the most widely used drug on the planet, you’re bound to get a boost. And then there’s the added grams of sugar, which gives you a short burst of energy and then you crash. Too much added sugar in your diet is not healthy.

With most of these energy drinks, there are health risks involved due to the high amounts of caffeine and sugar as well as other “questionable” ingredients that may or may not appear on the label in accurate amounts.

In the past few years a lot of bad press has been published about these beverages: Fox News, Science Daily, etc. There’s nothing wrong about wanting to increase your energy levels except how you choose to go about it. If you want a healthy boost, replenish your source of energy—ATP—with Peak Endurance.

ATP Energy

The natural energy that your body produces is adenosine triphosphate, better known in its short form: ATP. Through a complicated cycle of chemical reactions that takes place in your cells, energy is produced in the form of ATP molecules.

You need ATP because your “Cells require chemical energy for three general types of tasks: to drive metabolic reactions that would not occur automatically; to transport needed substances across membranes; and to do mechanical work, such as moving muscles (Encyclopedia Britannica).”

Peak Endurance

For an energy drink that delivers supplemental ATP energy, mix Peak Endurance powder in water. It’s that simple. The key ingredient, PEAK ATP®, is the only oral source of ATP. And Peak Endurance also includes six electrolytes, six B vitamins and vitamin C. No caffeine and only one gram of sugar.

Clinical tests show that a daily serving of 400 mg of the PEAK ATP in Peak Endurance can:

  1. Boost muscular excitability (activates muscle contraction)
  2. Reduce muscle fatigue (improves muscular endurance)
  3. Increase total strength by 147%

These are only 3 benefits of drinking Peak Endurance. There are many more, and they all add up to benefits that arise from having more energy. With Peak Endurance you get a healthy energy drink that’s a hit. So you can give the others a miss.
