Very few people get to see the cellular insides of a blade of green barley.

Inside a cell of barley grass, it’s a city of activity. Imagine a large group of city workers (enzymes) doing all of their in­dividual jobs. Enzymes are protein structures that work to make things happen in an organized and controlled manner.
