•  PAIN Case Study

The study involved people who had different conditions, such as muscle soreness, arthritis and fibromyalgia, because pain can result for a variety of reasons. Some had more than a single health problem.Three times a day, participants poured a generous amount of CWR liquid on a clean cloth and applied it to the skin area nearest the source of their pain. Each day, they followed up by soaking in a tub of warm to hot water with 2 ounces of added CWR.  Some took a foot bath. On a one-week chart, pain was rated daily on a scale from 1–10, with 10 being the worst pain imaginable. The majority of participants experienced pain reduction of 30 to 67 percent after only a week of using CWR.

•  STRESS Case Study

So much has been written about the health problems caused by stress yet it only scratches the surface of how much of a negative impact it can have on health.

The CWR case study recorded stress-level reductions on a day-to-day basis. Participants took daily baths for 20–30 minutes in warm to hot water with 2 ounces of added CWR.

On a seven-day chart, participants in the study recorded pre-and post-soak stress levels on a scale from 1–10, with 10 being the worst stress imaginable. Taking daily CWR baths for one week resulted in total stress-reduction levels ranging from 29 to 100 percent.
