Study Links CoQ10 to Fewer Wrinkles

We use our faces every day. Faces house four of our five senses and represent us on our identification cards, but as we age, the constant usage begins to show. Our skin gets drier, thinner and less elastic.  When it gets damaged, it takes longer to repair. All of these factors contributes to wrinkles. To say wrinkles are unpopular is an understatement. It’s predicted that baby boomers spent over 100 billion dollars in 2015 on anti-aging products and procedures like Botox.

According to research by Slovenian scientists published in Biofactors, there may be a safer, simpler solution to Botox–CoQ10.  CoQ10 is found in every cell of the body and helps convert food into energy. It’s also an antioxidant and has been shown to aid in cardiovascular health.

In this new study, 32 test subjects with an average age of 53 were divided into two groups. One group was given 50 mg of CoQ10 while the other group received 150 mg daily for a period of twelve weeks.  Those taking the high dosage of CoQ10 had smoother, firmer skin and fewer wrinkles around the eyes, nose and mouth. .

You can find 60 mg of CoQ10 in every capsule of AIM’s CellSparc 360. As well as being a potential tool in the war against wrinkles, CellSparc 360, provides antioxidant action, fish oil and palm oil for energy and help maintaining optimum heart health.
