In the spring of 2017, I was diagnosed with two bulging discs and a tilted sacrum due to over-exercising. I experienced sharp radiating pain on my back, legs, buttocks and bladder. I suffered excruciating pain that lasted a couple of months, unable to walk, sleep or sit most of that time.
