A study published in July 2024 examined the effect that saw palmetto extract had on the problem of all-too-frequent urination among healthy men and women.¹ Over a 12-week period, participants took saw palmetto extract daily without fail. The end results were quite impressive.
Both the men and the women who had been experiencing the annoyance of frequent urination showed significant improvement during daytime hours along with a substantial reduction in the number of times they needed to urinate. These beneficial effects showed that taking saw palmetto is useful in improving quality of life not only for men but women as well. The recommended daily serving of 2 ReAssure SP capsules delivers 320 mg of saw palmetto, the same amount participants took in the study.
