Many women have multiple roles and have had to wear many hats to fulfil their responsibilities. This describes Lanny perfectly. Working as a full-time dentist, she runs a busy dental practice with her husband, Ken, in the Greater Vancouver area. With her passion for holistic health, Lanny offers dietary suggestion and support to whomever seeks her out.
At home, Lanny takes the roles of chauffeur, chef, and CEO for planning and managing assorted household duties. Being a wife, a mother and a grandmother, Lanny is the health care provider for her family, her friends and the AIM family.
“I am very thankful for AIM’s wholefood dietary supplements such as the Garden Trio, ProPeas, Fit ‘n Fiber, FloraFood, PrepZymes, and many other AIM products that have provided a comprehensive nutritional support for my body. Without them, I don’t know if I could sustain a busy day of work and recoup overnight,” said Lanny.
Before joining AIM, Lanny was very debilitated after caring for her mother and sister, who suffered from terminal cancer. “I was physically and psychologically exhausted. I couldn’t get out of bed unassisted.”
When a patient came to seek dental help saw Lanny’s condition, he cried and left. He returned with a juicer, a bag of organic carrots and spinach, and a jar of AIM’s barley grass juice powder. He juiced the vegetables with the barley powder everyday for Lanny for two weeks. Lanny was able to get up within a week, and shortly after, she returned to work.
Lanny joined the AIM family in 1998 and started to help people to rebuild their health. Ken and their children noticed her astonishing changes, but they were skeptical about the benefits of barley powder. However, they followed in her footsteps after seeing health improvements of their own.
“I believe the body is like a plant that needs rich soil, clean water, and sunlight to grow; without these elements, it wilts and eventually dies,” Lanny explained. “If we nourish our bodies by eating clean and with good nutrition, our bodies can protect us, repair any damage and keep us healthy and strong. All my family members have increased their intake of Garden Trio, ProPeas and PrepZymes, as well as Fit ’n Fiber, FloraFood, Proancynol 2000 and other AIM products during the past two years. We maintain our usual work and activity levels and none of us have been sick. Our clients do the same, and they stay well.”
Lanny is also thankful that she can help her community with the aid of the AIM products and the Healthy Cell Concept. “I usually give my patients a cup of “whole-food cocktail”- a smoothie mix of Garden Trio, ProPeas and LeafGreens (I still have a few canisters.) before and after dental surgery to help in relieving the swelling and bleeding afterward.”
Lanny believes that good health makes our lives better. “I’d like to help people, at least within my circle, to achieve better life through good nutrition. And I am grateful that God has given me the tools via AIM to serve His people.”
